Dianna Rea has earned a reputation for helping companies achieve peak performance by introducing successful and pragmatic programs and solutions for continuous improvement and change. With more than 20 years in Human Resources leadership, Dianna has held senior HR positions in retail, entertainment, healthcare, and healthcare technology. She specializes in strategic planning, coaching for excellence, communications strategies, and developing talent management programs to build capabilities.
Prior to joining Outlook, Dianna was an organizational consultant for Saint Joseph Health System, where she improved recruiting practices, coached executives and staff, and developed a plan to strengthen the connections to organizational values. As a Director of Human Resources Consulting in Kaiser Permanente’s Information Technology division, Dianna created a multiyear People Strategy focused on development of management and staff capabilities, which later became the standard for the division. At Cottage Health System and Universal Studios she led new practices in recruiting, compensation, and performance management, and advanced the use of technology within HR.
Dianna has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, and holds both Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
